This is a World Health Organization report on sexual misconduct in regard to the World
Health Organization and its interactions with other agencies, other countries. Four issues have been identified: Accountability, Strengthening of Organizational Approach, Assistance to Victims and Survivors, and the fourth is Cooperation with International Authorities. He discusses recommendations and implementation of those recommendations. Initiation an action of to review failures in the system is identified. The number of cases needs to be addressed and whether there is followup for each case and gathering all the information. On a managerial level, what did WHO do to manage any failure regarding perpetrators and victim assistance and to address all cases? The United Nations has been used as an outsource to address oversights, managerial failure. Compensation information and data has no legal provision policy per countries and organizations in USA, WHO, UN and other. Speaker counters this stance and gives examples.
