Chakra Series with Llewellyne Arden
The Chakras, or wheels of energy recognized from the yoga tradition, are subtle energy centers along the spine. The 7 main chakras will be explored through yoga postures, mudras and mantras specific to each chakra to align, engage, and balance these areas for the overall health and vitality of your entire being!
This class is geared towards those that have experience with yoga and are looking for a good yoga workout! Feel free to contact me with any questions.
