Come join us at the gorgeous Downdog Studio on Midnight's farm for a gentle, all levels Hatha yoga class. This class is designed for a great stretch and deep relaxation for the end of the day and before bed. Each class has its own seasonal and poetic themes woven into embodied movement and breath. Taught by Nikyta Palmisani.

Drop in's: sliding scale, $15-20.
Class packages available. Mats and props available, or bring your own. Also, please dress in layers and bring a flashlight/phone for travel to and from the studio and parking lot.

Midnight's Farm is located at 3042 Center Road. Park above the farm stand and follow the signs to Downdog Studio.
