Seeking home for family

A friend of mine is looking for 2 or 3 bedroom house that allows pets. She is awesome, responsible and has upgraded each house she has rented. She's done community service here on Lopez for the last 4 years and has yet to find long-term adequate housing -- she's really in a bind (and a wonderful person) can anybody help her and her son?
