Midnight’s Farm Farm Hand
Depending on interest and experience we have room for one or two people to join our farm team to help with: market garden, livestock, compost production, mowing, deliveries and more. Position(s) can be 1/2 or ¾ time. Wage starts at $16.50 depending on experience and negotiated duties. All crew get farm lunch and take home produce. Limited housing is available.
Are you the right fit?
Comfortable lifting up to 40 pounds
Can work independently & also enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
Ability to work and talk at the same time
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Interest, curiosity, and willingness to learn and ask questions
Interest in and commitment to climate action
Previous farm experience a plus but not needed
