Lopez Island Fire & EMS is seeking applicants for the fulltime position of Firefighter EMT.
Under the Departments chain of command, the Firefighter EMT performs duties in response to fire, hazardous materials, rescue, and emergency medical scenes providing basic life support and in support of agency paramedics. The Firefighter EMT maintains Fire Department equipment, apparatus, and buildings and performs other duties as assigned.

Work schedule to be determined by Union Contract
Salary range $55,836.50 - $86,620.74 annually, depending on experience.

- State LEOFF II retirement
- Employer participation in 457 Deferred Compensation
