Mat Pilates

Come join us at the Sunnyfield yurt for an all-levels Pilates mat class. Mat-based Pilates class focuses on strength, stability, posture, and flexibility. Taught by Serina Adams.

Drop in’s welcome, $15/class.
Please bring your own mat. Park in front of barn near the yurt.
