Mindfulness Yoga with Jessica VeloI have over 20 years' experience with Yoga and am passionate about the positive impact it can bring to your life. My approach to teaching Yoga is supportive and gentle yet challenging. I will introduce poses with progressively advanced options so each student from beginner to advanced learns to choose the best practice for themselves in each moment. You make each class as relaxing or challenging as you want, and progress happens naturally and safely overtime.
