Vinyasa Yoga with Margo NannemanJoin this four-week Vinyasa flow series. These high energy 60-minute Yoga flows will focus on connecting movement with the breath to invigorate and empower. We will be moving quickly, working on balance, strengthening, and connecting to your body. You will be encouraged to work at your own pace and many modifications will be offered.
