Become a volunteer at The Sweetbriar Farm for 2 hours a week, generally 10 AM to 12. Choose either Tuesdays or Wednesdays or Fridays. The food is donated to the Lopez Family Resource Center (Food Share) and Lopez Locavores (Grow A Row).
Learn vegetable gardening from author/horticulturist/botanist, Doug Benoliel, who has years of experience growing plants. This is FUN, light, market-garden work. Volunteers are invited to take home some of the produce harvested.
