We are going to be open on Monday the 25th Monday June 1st from 12-2 serving Onigirazu with side salads for $10
What is Onigirazu? It's often called a sushi sandwich.....but theres no raw fish so a bit of a misnomer. However, onigirazu is a bit of a mouthfull so it's fine if you want to call it that. We understand that it's unfamiliar and different but it's GOOOOD!
Here are the details - we use seasoned nori wraps from Japan with organic short grain brown rice on the bottom and top layer and then add different fillings such as, greens, pickled onion, kimchi, smoked pork belly, yum yum sauce, aioli and toasted sesame seeds. We also have an avocado and beef a chicken and egg as well as a shiitake and oyster mushroom version. They are all gluten free and the mushroom one is vegan. Delightful!
After June 1st we will be switching things up and running a regular menu with a more regular schedule for the summer:
You are encouraged to order and pay online but we will be taking walk-ins for outdoor seating (assuming we make it to phase 2.)
We are also available for ramen kits and frozen gyoza on our website (pay no attention to the pickup times given after purchase as we are very flexible about that.)
