Barn Owl BakeryWe are a family owned artisan craft bakery making wild leavened breads and pastries in our 200 square foot bakehouse on Midnight's Farm. We source only organic ingredients of the highest quality and nutrition including ancient and heirloom grains. We don't use any commercial yeasts or chemical leavening agents in any of our products. Everything we make is baked in our handbuilt wood fired oven burning trees thinned from crowded island forests. We use locally grown produce and grain in our baked goods and are always trying to figure out how we can use more. Thank you Lopez you're awesome!
